Inviting guests to a persistent space
Owners of persistent spaces can invite organization members who are not members of the space as guests, allowing them to visit the space for a specified period.
Here's how to invite guests to a persistent space:
- Sign in to the Management Console. For details, see Signing in to VIVERSE for Business.
- In the menu on the left-hand side, click Members > Persistent spaces.
- On the Persistent spaces page, click the space you want to invite guests to.
- Click the Guests tab and then click Add guests.

Choose the start and end dates and visiting hours.
You can also do any of the following:
- Set a reminder.
- Control guest access to the building's open space.
- Click Next.
- Choose organization members you want to invite to the space as guests.
- Click Save.
