How do I register several devices with VIVE Business Warranty and Services (BWS)
If you're registering several devices to VIVE Business Warranty and Services (BWS), you can use the CSV template to simultaneously register all your devices. Here's how:
- In VIVE Business+, go to BWS, and then click Register in the upper right.
- Click Download template.
- Open the CSV template file, enter all the required device information, and then save the file.
- In VIVE Business+, click Browse, and then browse for the completed template file on your computer.
- Click Next.
- Wait for the registration to finish and click Done.
