Assigning a headset to a group
After assigning a configuration package to a group, push the configuration package to a headset by assigning the headset to the group.
- Go to Devices and double-click the headset you want to assign.
- Select the group you want to assign the headset to.
The headset details will be displayed on the Devices screen for the selected group.
Note: The headset will automatically restart when new group settings are applied. If the battery level of the device falls below 20%, the automatic restart will be postponed.
