^*Within ninety (90) days of your purchase of a non-Commercial Edition of the VIVE XR Elite, you may upgrade to a commercial use license and warranty by activating a VIVE Business Warranty & Services (“BWS”) agreement. BWS is available to, and required of, only VIVE XR Elite customers who use VIVE XR Elite for commercial purposes. If you are a commercial-purpose customer of VIVE XR Elite, you must elect to activate either a two (2) year, or three (3) year BWS subscription by creating a VIVE Business account, acknowledging the Terms and Conditions, and paying the applicable commercial-use fee. Support services are not available until you register and activate your business account.
