Permission to use demo
I give HTC VIVE permission to use demo *
By consenting, you give HTC VIVE the permission to use demo as described.Platform Agreement and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Company hereby grants HTC a non-exclusive, nontransferable, sub-licensable, fully paid, and royalty free license to use the Demo application uploaded onto the VIVE Business AppStore for the permitted use of downloading the Demo application to HTC devices that will be shown at industry tradeshows, as well as uploaded onto HTC loaner devices that could be sent out to potential partners. Except for the rights granted to HTC here, Company shall retain all rights, title and interest in the Demo.
Demo: Demo application that Company uploaded onto the VIVE Business AppStore
VIVEPORT Platform Agreement: Agreement that governs the inclusion of content onto HTC’s content distribution platforms.
VIVE Business AppStore: online marketplaces, distribution channels, delivery systems, digital stores or digital services owned, operated or used by HTC.
HTC Loaner Devices: HTC manufactured devices that are loaned out to potential partner companies for a specific period of time and purpose.
