BWS is available to, and required of, only VIVE XR Elite customers who use VIVE XR Elite for commercial purposes. If you are a commercial-purpose customer of VIVE XR Elite, you must elect to activate either a two (2) year, or three (3) year BWS subscription by creating a VIVE Business account, acknowledging the Terms and Conditions, and paying the applicable commercial-use fee. Support services are not available until you register and activate your business account. VIVE XR Elite-Business Edition includes a pre-registered BWS account.
