Choosing a control mode for the headsets

You can set how you want users to view courses on their headsets by choosing a control mode for each headset.

Control mode	Description
Free	Allows users to see the available course modules and freely choose which one to view. They can start and stop running the module on their headsets.
Broadcast	Allows you to control which course modules to launch on the headsets. From VIVE Host, you can start or stop running a module on multiple headsets simultaneously. All users in the classroom will see the same course which you've launched on their headsets.

Here's how to choose a control mode for the headsets:

In VIVE Host, tap Control mode on the right.
Do any of the following:
- To choose different modes for each headset, tap Free or Broadcast next to each headset.
- To choose the same mode for all headsets, tap All free or All broadcast.
