How do I make VIVE Business Streaming communicate through Windows Firewall?

You may need to remove and then add VIVE Business Streaming again in Windows® Firewall for it be allowed through.
  1. On your computer, go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps, and check if VIVE Remote Render Server is in the Allowed apps and features list.
  2. Restart VIVE Business Streaming console and your headset.
  3. Close VIVE Business Streaming console.
  4. On your computer, go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps, and click Change settings.
  5. In the Allowed apps and features list, clear all the VIVE Remote Render Server boxes under Name.
  6. Restart VIVE Business Streaming.
  7. In the dialog box where it asks for permission to allow network access, click Allow access.
