What should I do if any of the base stations is not detected?

If any of the base stations appear disabled in the SteamVR app, try the following to troubleshoot the problem:
  • Turn the base station off and on again.
  • Make sure that you've installed your base stations correctly. Depending on the type of base stations you're using, see Installing SteamVR Base Station 2.0 or Installing Base Station 1.0.
  • Restart the SteamVR app. If you still get an error, reboot your computer and reopen the SteamVR app.
