Importing MDM solution and Wi‍-Fi packages to headsets

Here's how to import MDM solution and Wi‍-Fi packages to your headsets.
Important: Make sure that you have:
  1. Connect your headset to your computer with a USB cable. You can also connect the headset to the computer wirelessly. To learn how, see Connecting headsets wirelessly.
    Note:
    • If you're connecting the device to the computer using a USB cable, make sure USB debugging is enabled on your headset. Go to Settings > Advanced > Developer options > USB debugging on your headset to check.

    • Wake the headset up if it's in standby mode.

    • If you want to simultaneously import the MDM solution and Wi‍-Fi packages to more than one device, connect the other devices to your PC through other available USB ports or use a USB hub. You can also connect the other devices wirelessly to your PC. See Connecting headsets wirelessly.
  2. In the VIVE Business+ console, go to Others.
  3. Go to the MDM or Wi-Fi tab depending on the package you want to import to your devices.
    Warning: When importing an MDM solution package, make sure there's no app running in the foreground on the headset. If an app is running, the package can't be imported.
  4. Under Import to selected devices, select the devices you want to import the package to.
  5. Click Import in the bottom right.
