Uploading a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution

Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) to securely monitor and manage your headsets that are connected to your organization's network.

You can upload Microsoft® Intune or VMware AirWatch®. Here's how.

Important:

Only organizations subscribed to the Pro or Ultimate tier can upload an MDM solution app. To learn more about what organization tiers are offered, please contact your account manager.
You can only add one management solution app at a time. If you want to use another one, you'll need to delete the current one first.

In VIVE Business+, click Manage files > Management solution.
Click Add in the upper right and choose whether you want to upload Microsoft Intune or VMware AirWatch.
Do the following:
- Click Browse next to Upload MDM apk files and locate the APK file of the MDM solution you want to upload.
  Note: Maximum file size allowed is 500 MB.
- Click Browse next to Credentials configuration file and locate the BIN or JSON file you want to upload.
- For VMware AirWatch®, upload the Enrollment action script file.
Enter a Note.
Click Upload.
