What should I do if I can't connect my tracker wirelessly to the computer?

If you're having problems connecting VIVE Ultimate Tracker to your computer wirelessly, check the following:
  • Check that you've followed the steps in Connecting VIVE Ultimate Tracker wirelessly.
    Important: In the batch configuration package that you imported to the tracker, make sure:
    • Connection and Tracking mode is set to Wi-Fi LBE.
    • Tracker server is the computer where VIVE Hub is installed.
    • Wi-Fi connection is the same network settings as the ones used by the computer where VIVE Hub is installed.
  • In VIVE Business+ console, go to Tracker server and check if the tracker server is online. There will be a green circle next to the tracker server name.
    If you don't see a green circle, check the following:
