Working with content windows
Sharing content in a meeting room
To let others see your content window, you can do the following:
Make the window visible:
By default, the content window is not visible to meeting participants and shows this button:
Select the button to make the window visible.

Project to the Big Screen in the room:
There are three Big Screens in a meeting room that you can use for projecting content. Select the
Share to Big Screen button , and then choose a screen.

The content window can be shared outside or inside the meeting room. The Big Screen can be shared in the meeting room only.
Resizing content windows
Select the
Resize button , and then choose a window size.
Viewing, moving, and adjusting content windows
Use your VR controller to browse content pages, move windows around the virtual space, and rotate the windows to suit your viewing angle.

Use the Grip button to switch between pushing or pulling and tilting the window. Here’s how:

Collaborating in a content window or Big Screen
When a meeting participant makes their content window public or projects to the Big Screen, you can only view their content. If you want to interact with the content to collaborate with the participant, you can request control of the content window or Big Screen.
- Select the
Request control button
at the bottom-right corner of the content window or Big Screen.
The following message will appear:
After the participant grants you permission, button controls will appear.
- When you no longer need to control the content window or Big Screen, select the
Stop control button
.
The participant can also take back control of their content window or Big Screen by selecting your profile image on the control bar.
