How do I cancel my VIVE Sync subscription?

You can cancel your VIVE Sync subscription through the VIVE Business Device Management System. Here's how:
  1. In your web browser, go to https://business.vive.com/dms/ and sign in with your HTC account.
  2. Click your profile icon, and then click License Management.
  3. Under Payment Method & License Products, find your VIVE Sync subscription, and then click Cancel Product > Cancel License Plan.
