Uploading files from your PC with VIVE Sync File Manager
PowerPoint® files need to be converted before they can be displayed correctly in VR. You need to use VIVE Sync File Manager to convert and upload PowerPoint files to a room.
Go to sync.vive.com/download/ to download VIVE Sync File Manager and install it on your computer. Here's how to use VIVE Sync File Manager:
- On your computer, launch VIVE Sync File Manager, and then sign in with your HTC account.
Add room > Select from agenda to select a meeting from your agenda.
You can also add a meeting room by entering the room ID and password.
After selecting a meeting room, the room ID will be displayed at the top of the screen.Tip: You can also add private rooms from Personal Space. Click Add room > Select from agenda > Personal Space and add them.
- Click the room ID, and then click Add file.
- Select the PowerPoint files from your computer.
After your files have been converted and uploaded, their status will change to Done.
