Adding unmanaged apps to VIVE Business+
Unmanaged apps are existing apps on the managed headsets, which were not assigned through
VIVE Business+. Adding the app to
VIVE Business+ allows you to remotely launch unmanaged apps on the headsets.
Important: Only organizations subscribed to the
Ultimate tier have access to the
Apps and
Media management features. To learn more about what organization tiers are offered, please contact your account manager.
- In VIVE Business+, go to Manage files > Apps.

Click
Add > Unmanaged in the upper right.
- Enter the App name, Package name, and a Description.
- Click Add. After adding the app, you'll see it on the Unmanaged tab.
Note: Currently, unmanaged apps can't be assigned for Kiosk mode when creating a batch configuration package.
