Connecting headsets wirelessly
Here's how to set the
VIVE Business+ console to connect to headsets wirelesslys.
Important: Make sure you have enrolled your headsets. See
Enrolling devices or
Enrolling headsets via USB.
- Connect your headset to the same network as the PC where the VIVE Business+ console is installed.
- In the VIVE Business+ console, go to Devices.

Connect your headset to your computer with a USB cable.
Your headset will appear on the Devices screen.
Note: Wake the headset up if it's in standby mode. - Set Mode to Offline.

Disconnect the headset from your PC.
You'll see a
Wi-Fi® icon next to the headset name.
You can now wirelessly import a batch configuration package and map to the headset.
Important: If you need to switch the
Mode back to
Normal, connect the headset first to your PC using a USB cable before changing the mode.
