Importing maps and batch configuration packages to trackers
Here's how to import a map and batch configuration package to trackers via USB.
Important: Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Downloaded the map to your computer. See Setting up the VIVE Business+ console.
- Created a batch configuration package for your tracker. See Creating a batch configuration package for VIVE Ultimate Tracker.
- Enrolled your trackers. See Enrolling VIVE Ultimate Tracker via USB.
- In the VIVE Business+ console, go to Devices.

Connect your tracker to your computer with a USB cable.
Note:
- Wake the tracker if it's in standby mode.
- To simultaneously import the map and batch configuration package to more than one tracker, connect the other trackers to your PC through other available USB ports or use a USB hub.
- On the left panel, click Import.
- In Import to (device type), select VIVE Ultimate Tracker.

In
Map name and
Batch configuration, select the map and batch configuration package of the tracker you want to import.
Important: If the tracker you're importing the map to is set to Wi-Fi LBE mode, you'll need to connect the tracker to your computer wirelessly. See Connecting VIVE Ultimate Tracker wirelessly.
- In Import to selected devices, select the trackers you want to import to.
- Click Import.
