Can I still use VIVE Ultimate Tracker with my VIVE headset if I'm doing a wired streaming session?
You'll need to use
VIVE Hub instead of
VIVE Business Streaming.
Here's how to switch to
VIVE Hub:
- Uninstall VIVE Business Streaming from your PC.
- Download the VIVE Hub software by going to https://www.vive.com/vive-hub/download/ and choosing the Windows version.
- Launch the VIVE Hub installer.
- Install the VIVE Streaming and VIVE Ultimate Tracker services.
After installing VIVE Hub, you'll need to set up VIVE Ultimate Tracker. Go to the VIVE Ultimate Tracker user guide and check under "Setup for SteamVR-compatible headsets" to learn how.
After setting up
VIVE Ultimate Tracker, follow these instructions to start your wired streaming session:
Note: For step 1 of the procedure for
VIVE Focus 3, make sure
VIVE Hub is running instead of
VIVE Business Streaming.
