What can I do to resolve the "headset not found" error?
Do the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Close all Steam apps on your computer, including the SteamVR app.
- Check that the cables between the converter and your computer are properly connected. Disconnect and reconnect the cables as needed.
- Restart the converter. Unplug the power cable from the converter. Wait a few seconds, and then plug the power cable back in. On your computer, you might see a notification that drivers are being installed. Wait for the installation to finish.
- Restart the SteamVR app.
