Booking a meeting from the Sync website

Go to the Sync website to book your meeting and get the meeting link to share with your invitees.
  1. In your web browser, go to the Sync website and sign in with your HTC account.
  2. Click Create meeting.
  3. Choose a room, and then click Next.
  4. Enter the details of your meeting such as the subject, date, and start and end time.
    Tip: Click to upload your company logo, if you have one. Your logo must be in a .PNG format.
  5. When you're ready to book, click Book room.

After you have booked your meeting room, a webpage that shows the meeting information will be created.

Click Copy invitation and then paste the information in your email. The meeting link and invitation will be pasted, ready to be sent to your invitees.
