Why can't I sign in to the VIVE Sync website on iPad or iPhone?

You may be unable to sign in to the VIVE Sync website in Safari on your iPad or iPhone if certain privacy settings are enabled.
On your iPad or iPhone, go to Settings > Safari, scroll down to Privacy & Security, and disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

You should then be able to sign in to the VIVE Sync website in Safari on your iPad or iPhone.
