Working with content windows
While you're viewing a file, web content, or your PC desktop, you can use the options on the control bar under the content window to change the window size, share the screen, and more.
Sharing content in a meeting room
To let others see your content window, you can do the following:
Make the window visible:
By default, the content window is not visible to meeting participants and shows this button:
Select the button to make the window visible.
Project to the Big Screen in the room:
There are three Big Screens in a meeting room that you can use for projecting content. Select the Share to Big Screen button , and then choose a screen.
The content window can be shared outside or inside the meeting room. The Big Screen can be shared in the meeting room only.
Resizing content windows
Select the Resize button , and then choose a window size.
Viewing, moving, and adjusting content windows
Use your VR controller to browse content pages, move windows around the virtual space, and rotate the windows to suit your viewing angle.
Note: VIVE Flow uses your smartphone as the controller. For details, see
