How do I extend the license period or increase the number of seats?
To extend the license period or purchase more seats, contact your sales representative or submit a request at
https://www.viverse.com/business/contact-us. On the request form, please include your Org ID in the
Description field.
To check what your Org ID is, sign in to the
VIVERSE for Business Management Console and click the profile button 
in the upper right. A menu will open that shows your Org ID.
