What should I do if I can't connect my tracker wirelessly to the computer?
If you're having problems connecting
VIVE Ultimate Tracker to your computer wirelessly, check the following:
- Check that you've followed the steps in
Connecting
VIVE Ultimate Tracker wirelessly.
Important: In the batch configuration package that you imported to the tracker, make sure:
- Connection and Tracking mode is set to Wi-Fi LBE.
- Tracker server is the computer where VIVE Hub is installed.
- Wi-Fi connection is the same network settings as the ones used by the computer where VIVE Hub is installed.
- In
VIVE Business+ console, go to
Tracker server and check if the tracker server is online. There will be a green circle next to the tracker server name.
If you don't see a green circle, check the following:
- VIVE Hub is running on the other computer.
- The IP address of the computer where
VIVE Hub is installed. If the IP address has changed, do the following:
- Update your tracker server's IP address information. See Creating a tracker server.
- Update the batch configuration package with the new tracker server information and import the package again to the tracker. See Creating a batch configuration package for VIVE Ultimate Tracker and Importing maps and batch configuration packages to trackers.
