Enrolling VIVE Ultimate Tracker via USB
You can enroll your
VIVE Ultimate Tracker to
VIVE Business+ by using a USB connection.
Important:
- You need a VIVE Ultimate Tracker seat license. Purchase seat licenses by reaching out to your HTC account manager. See Adding more seat licenses and extending organization tier validity.
- Currently, you can only enroll VIVE Ultimate Tracker devices through the VIVE Business+ console.
- Make sure you've updated the VIVE Business+ console to the latest version.
- In the VIVE Business+ console, go to Devices.

Connect your tracker to your computer with a USB cable.
Your tracker will appear on the
Devices screen.

Click
Enroll.
- Enter a Name for the tracker.
- In Connection and Tracking mode, select the tracking mode you want to use for the tracker.
- Select the Tracking options you want. If you selected Wi-Fi LBE mode in Connection & Tracking Mode, select the Tracker server name and enter the Wi-Fi connection information.
- Click Enroll. After successfully enrolling the tracker, a message will be displayed confirming that enrollment was successful.
Tip: If you want to rename the device after enrolling it, click
Registered under
Registration (you may need to scroll right to see
Registration.) Then enter the new
Name and click
Enroll.
