Uploading other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
You can upload other MDM solution apps besides
Microsoft Intune and
VMware AirWatch. Here's how.
Important:
- Only organizations subscribed to the Pro or Ultimate tier can upload an MDM solution app. To learn more about what organization tiers are offered, please contact your account manager.
- You can only add one management solution app at a time. If you want to use another one, you'll need to delete the current one first.
- In VIVE Business+, click Manage contents > Management solution.
- Click Add in the upper right and select Other.
- In Select upload method, choose either QR code or JSON file.

Browse for the QR code or JSON file you want to upload.
Important: If uploading a QR code, the QR code must be converted from JSON data.
- Click Add.
