Switching the Wi-Fi connection
Use
VIVE Business+ to switch the Wi-Fi access point that the devices in the group connect to.
- In VIVE Business+, go to Manage devices > Groups.
- Click the group you want to switch the Wi-Fi® connection.
- Click Action in the upper right and select Switch Wi-Fi connection.

Enter the
SSID of the
Wi-Fi access point and click
Save.
Important:
- Make sure the SSID you want to connect to is spelled correctly.
- The Wi-Fi access point settings must be saved on all the headsets in the group. If a headset in the group doesn't have the Wi-Fi access point settings saved, the headset will not connect to the SSID that was entered. Instead, the headset will continue to connect to the current Wi-Fi access point that it connects to.
