Reporting an issue

If you're experiencing problems with your device, you can send details of the problems to us. Here's how:
  1. In VIVE Business+, go to Manage devices > Devices.
  2. Select the device that you're having issues with.
  3. Scroll down to Report issue and click Report issue.
  4. Enter the needed information.
    Note: For Note, try to be as detailed as possible about the issue you're having so we can better help solve it.
  5. Click Report.
