Uploading a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution

Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) to securely monitor and manage your headsets that are connected to your organization's network.

You can upload Microsoft® Intune or VMware AirWatch®. Here's how.

Important:
  • Only organizations subscribed to the Pro or Ultimate tier can upload an MDM solution app. To learn more about what organization tiers are offered, please contact your account manager.
  • You can only add one management solution app at a time. If you want to use another one, you'll need to delete the current one first.
  1. In VIVE Business+, click Manage contents > Management solution.
  2. Click Add in the upper right and choose whether you want to upload Microsoft Intune or VMware AirWatch.
  3. Do the following:
    • Click Browse under Upload MDM files and locate the APK file of the MDM solution you want to upload.
      Note: Maximum file size allowed is 500 MB.
    • Click Browse under Credentials configuration file and locate the BIN or JSON file you want to upload.
      Note: For VMware AirWatch, this is the credentials.bin file. For details on how to retrieve a credentials file, see Stage Devices With the Enrollment Configuration Wizard.
    • For VMware AirWatch, upload the Enrollment action script file (enroll_script.sh). This is the script for enrolling the device in the VMware AirWatch agent. You can download the script here.
  4. Enter a Note.
  5. Click Add.
