Choosing an avatar to use in VIVE Sync
In VIVE Sync, you can use the avatar you created with the VIVE Avatar Creator mobile app or use a VRM avatar. VRM avatars need to be imported to Avatar in VIVERSE before they will appear in VIVE Sync.Here's how to choose an avatar to use in VIVE Sync:

- Double-click the VIVE Sync icon on your Windows desktop.
- When prompted, sign in to your HTC account.
- Put on your headset.
- Put on your headset and turn it on.
- In the Library, open VIVE Sync.
- Sign in to your HTC account.
If you have other avatars, you can change to another one.
Point toward the
Main menu button, and then select the
Edit appearance button . Choose one of your avatars in the left panel.
- Select Save.
Tip: Point toward the Main menu button, and then select the Recalibrate button to calibrate your standing and seated height.
