Viewing and sharing a 360° image
You can open a 360° image and start a sharing session so that users in the same space can view it.
Here's how.
Important:
- You can upload several 360° images to VIVERSE for Business, but only one image can be opened at a time. To find out how to upload images, see Uploading files to VIVERSE for Business.
- For the best viewing experience, use 360° images with at least 2048 x 1024 resolution. The maximum image width should not exceed 16384 px.
- Open the VIVERSE Menu and then select Files.
- On the left side of the file browser, select Images.

Select the 360° image, and then select how you want to display it:
- Open 360 view: Displays the entire 360-degree view of the image.
- Open 2D view: Displays the image in a content window.
From the content window, you can switch to 360 view by selecting .

After opening the image in 360 view, press the trigger to display the control panel.
You can do any of the following:
- Select to make the image public and start a 360° image sharing session.
Users in the same space will receive a message, inviting them to join you in viewing the image. They can select Accept or Deny.
- Select to switch to 2D view.
- Select to make the image public and start a 360° image sharing session.
Tip: If you declined the invitation and want to join the image sharing session, just open the
VIVERSE Menu and select
Open 360 view in the dialog box that appears above the menu.
