- Added a new Console option: "Fall back to VIVE Tracker" for the VIVE Ultimate Tracker, allowing it to be mounted and compatible with the VIVE Tracker 3.0.

- Added a notice delay to prevent streaming from stuttering when the VIVE Ultimate Tracker is connected.
