Enhancements:
- Now supports the "member" user role to perform device actions.
- Now supports adding a device directly to an existing group while enrolling it using a QR code.

- VB+ console now supports setting up Wi-Fi and installing Wi-Fi credentials locally without the need to upload these credentials to VB+ serv er. (Requires VIVE Focus 3 6.0.999.97 2 or VIVE XR Elite 1.0.999.6 80 or later.)
- Enroll headset to 3rd party MDM is now available. (Requires VIVE Focus 3 6.0.999.97 2 or VIVE XR Elite 1.0.999.6 80 or later.)
