What’s new in VIVE Sync
- Screen mirroring can now be enabled from any window. The mirrored screen will appear directly in front of you.
- Presentation view is now available in VIVE Sync. With presentation view, you can view documents in a separate window while giving a presentation so you don’t have to read directly from the Big Screen or turn your head away from your audience. You can use presentation view with PPTs and PDFs.
- Presenter notes for PPTs can now be viewed via presentation view.
- Sticky Notes can now be edited.
- The Keyboard has been improved to increase usability.
- Your profile picture and display name are now visible from the Sync Menu.
What’s new in Viewer
- Landscape view can now be used on iPad (iOS only).
- General bug fixes and performance improvements.
VIVE Avatar Creator
- The new avatar creator app, VIVE Avatar Creator, is now available for download. The previous app, VIVE Sync Avatar Creator will be discontinued.
- Android: VIVE Avatar Creator is available on the Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.htc.viveavatar
- iOS: After updating VIVE Sync Avatar Creator, it will be replaced with VIVE Avatar Creator.
