Scoring

After completing the last step or after automatically failing, the trainee is returned to the Main Hub and shown their score on the console screen. The following will appear, with each setup marked as GOOD in green or BAD in red:

Factory Site Completed: (A - F)

Selected good gear	GOOD/BAD
Didn't die from power surge	GOOD/BAD
Notified co-workers	GOOD/BAD
Used locks and tags correctly	GOOD/BAD
Serviced the pump	GOOD/BAD
Didn't damage pump or other equipment	GOOD/BAD
Checked for residual energy	GOOD/BAD
Confirmed power disconnect	GOOD/BAD
Didn't lose equipment	GOOD/BAD

Letter grades are based on the number of failed setups:

8 - 9 GOOD/0 - 1 BAD = A
6 - 7 GOOD/2 - 3 BAD = B
4 - 5 GOOD/4 - 5 BAD = C
2 - 3 GOOD/6 - 7 BAD = D
0 - 1 GOOD/8 - 9 BAD = F

Pressing STOP after the score appears on the screen returns the trainee to the lesson selection screen.

Pass/Fail Condition for Each Setup

Chose good gear	Pass - Trainee chose good wrench and radio from the locker. Fail - Trainee chose broken wrench or radio from the locker.
Don't die from power surge	Pass - Trainee turns off electrical power source before servicing the pump. Fail - Trainee does not turn off electrical power source before servicing the pump.
Notified coworkers	Pass - Trainee notifies affected coworkers with radio before/after servicing pump. Fail - Trainee doesn't notify affected coworkers with radio before/after servicing pump.
Used locks and tags correctly	Pass - Trainee LoTos valves and switch before and after servicing pump. Fail - Trainee does not LoTo valves and switch before and after servicing pump.
Serviced the pump	Pass - Trainee services all 3 sections of the pump using the wrench. Fail - Trainee does not service all 3 sections of the pump.
Didn't damage pump or other equipment	Pass - Trainee does not damage pump by servicing before turning off electrical sources. Fail - Trainee damages pump by servicing it before turning off electrical sources.
Checked for residual energy	Pass - Trainee releases residual energy before servicing pump. Fail - Trainee does not release residual energy before servicing pump.
Confirmed power disconnect	Pass - Trainee confirms electrical power source is off by pressing power button. Fail - Trainee doesn't confirm electrical power source is off.
Didn't lose equipment	Pass - Trainee returns with radio and wrench to the Main Hub. Fail - Trainee does not return with the radio and wrench.
