Step 2: Turn off the Power Switch, and Turn off Circuit Breaker Switch 3, then LoTo
The trainee should turn off the Power Switch next to the pump by pressing the Power button, and then turn off Circuit Breaker Switch 3 by going into the electrical panel room (Area 2) and pulling down Switch 3.
The trainee should lock and tag it with the switch lock and tag found in the locker.
If the trainee does not turn off the circuit breaker switch, or if they pull the wrong switch, they will automatically fail when servicing the pump. The pump will also be damaged. This will result in BAD grades for Didn't die from power surge and Didn't damage pump or other equipment.
If the trainee does not properly lock and tag the circuit breaker switch after turning it off, this will result in a BAD grade for Used locks and tags correctly.
